Orders placed by 4:00 PM PT (Mon–Sat) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT ship the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays. Holiday orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
If your checkout didn’t complete, the “charge” you see is usually a pending authorization from your bank, not a completed payment. These authorizations typically drop off automatically within 5-7 business days (timing depends on your bank).

Please include your Order Number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. If it’s a delivery problem, include the tracking number if available.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us ASAP with your Order Number and the correct address. If the order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.
